Return & Refund Policy – Custom Digital Design on Order
1. Custom Design Nature
All designs created by Mahashankh Design are custom, exclusive, and created specifically according to the client’s requirements. Due to their exclusive and digital nature, returns or cancellations are not generally accepted once the design process has begun.
2. Advance Payment
A portion of the total order amount (60% for standard delivery or 100% for fast delivery) is collected as advance. This advance is non-refundable once design work has commenced.
3. Preview & Approval
- Clients are provided with a design preview after the initial development phase.
- Clients may request minor revisions within the scope of the original design brief.
- Approval of the preview moves the project to the final delivery stage, after which the remaining payment becomes due.
4. Timeline Adjustments
The delivery timeline may increase if the client requests changes in the design, format, or any other specifications.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Failure of Mahashankh Design to deliver the design within the agreed timeline without prior notice.
- Technical issues preventing delivery (e.g., corrupted files) that are not resolved within a reasonable time.
6. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Changes of mind by the client after work has commenced.
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences not mentioned in the original brief.
- Minor edits requested after final delivery, which require separate additional work.
7. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of the issue.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- The refund amount, if applicable, will exclude any bank or transaction charges.
8. Ownership & Licensing
- No rights to the delivered designs are transferred until full payment is received.
- All designs remain the exclusive property of Mahashankh Design until full payment is completed.
Subscription Plan Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy (Long Version)
1. General Terms
- The Mahashankh 3D Home Wallpaper Presenter subscription (“Subscription Plan”) is valid for a duration of one year unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- By purchasing a Subscription Plan, you agree to abide by the terms of this Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
2. Plan Conversion or Upgrade Within One Year
- Conversion to Higher Plan:
Customers who have an active Subscription Plan within the first year are eligible to upgrade or convert to a higher-tier subscription plan. - No Refund for Conversion:
If a customer chooses to convert or upgrade the plan during the active subscription period, no monetary refunds will be issued.
Instead of a refund, Mahashankh will increase the duration of 3D Presenter usage proportionally or offer additional service benefits as compensation. - Upgrade Policy:
Upon upgrading, your current subscription balance will be adjusted, and the benefits of the higher-tier plan will be applied immediately after payment confirmation.
3. Subscription Cancellation Within One Year
- Cancellation Eligibility:
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time within the one-year active subscription period. - Refund for Remaining Days:
In the event of a cancellation, Mahashankh will calculate a refund only for the remaining unused days of the subscription.
The refund will be processed after deducting the period already utilized based on a daily prorated value. - No Refund for Used Duration:
No refunds will be given for any subscription period already consumed prior to cancellation. - Processing Time:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 business days after approval of the cancellation request and completion of any necessary verifications.
4. No Return or Refund Beyond One Year
- Once the subscription surpasses the one-year validity period, no refund requests will be entertained, regardless of usage or upgrade status.
- Instead of a refund, Mahashankh may, at its sole discretion, offer an extension of subscription usage time, discounts, or additional service benefits if special circumstances are considered.
5. Important Conditions
- Non-Transferable:
Subscription Plans are personal to the subscriber and cannot be transferred, resold, or shared with another individual or entity. - Abuse of Policy:
If Mahashankh determines that a customer is abusing the cancellation or refund policy (e.g., repeated cancellations after using services), we reserve the right to deny future refund requests and suspend the account. - Force Majeure:
Mahashankh will not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or failures in delivering the service due to events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
