🔨 Core Functional Teams & Key Roles

1. Sales & Business Development

• B2B Sales Executives: Target interior designers, real estate companies, and product manufacturers.
  • (Team Member: Male or Female)
• Partnership Managers: Build alliances with design brands and corporates.
  • (Team Member: Male or Female, must have at least 1 year of experience in their domain)
• Channel Sales Head: Manage resellers and distribution networks.
  • (Team Member: Male or Female, must have at least 1 year of experience in their domain)

2. Design & 3D Modeling

• 3D Modelers: Create furniture, interiors, fashion models, and animated 3D rooms.
• Fashion/Textile/Wallpaper Designers: Deliver 20–50 daily high-quality design bundles.
  • (Must have expertise in designing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc.)
• Fashion Designer – 3D Designers: Develop wearables like sarees, t-shirts, etc. in 3D.
• UI/UX Designers: Build modern, responsive interfaces for Mahashankh tools.

3. Technology & Development

Qualification: From BCA to M.Tech
Requirement: Must have expertise or at least 6 months of experience via internship or job in their domain

• Full-Stack Developers: Build and scale website/app/backend (React, Node.js).
• WebGL / Three.js Developers: Power Mahashankh 3D Presenter and interactive tools.
• AI/ML Developers: Integrate generative design, image-to-3D, pattern AI tools.
• DevOps Engineer: Handle infrastructure, CI/CD, backups, and scaling.
• CTO (Chief Technology Officer): Lead the technology vision, innovation, and development roadmap for all digital products.

4. Marketing & Growth

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Requirement: Strong English communication skills and digital tool proficiency

• Digital Marketers: Google Ads, SEO, Instagram, Facebook Ads.
• Content Writers: Write brochures, landing pages, emailers, blogs.
• Video Editors / Motion Designers: Create marketing & walkthrough videos.
• Influencer Manager: Partner with design influencers and micro-creators.

5. Customer Experience

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
Requirement: Fluency in English and Hindi; multilingual candidates preferred

• Call Center Executives: Handle leads, onboard clients, and provide support.
• Live Demo Experts: Show Mahashankh Presenter to potential buyers.
• CRM Manager: Use CRM tools to track feedback and relationship lifecycle.

6. Operations & Strategy

• COO / Operations Head: Execute growth plans and handle logistics.
• Finance & Legal Expert: Manage contracts, IP protection, taxes, and compliance.
• HR & Recruiter: Hire quality talent, conduct onboarding, and remote team setup.

7. Our Creative Team

Roles We Are Hiring For:

• Textile Designer – Expert in fabric patterns, motifs, and color combinations
• Pattern Designer – Skilled in creating repeat patterns, layouts, and digital prints
• Saree Designer – Specialized in traditional and contemporary saree designs, pallus, borders, and motifs
• Graphic Designer – Creative in digital illustrations, brand visuals, and design software
