🧵 Mahashankh Textile Designer & Creative Team Hiring & Registration Process (2025)
Step 1: Apply & Fill Registration Form (Day 1–2)
- Candidates fill the Mahashankh Textile Designer Registration Form online.
- Form includes: Personal info, portfolio link, saree/textile expertise, work-from-home preference, expected salary/project percentage, Mahashankh tools familiarity, and sample designs.
- Deadline: 10 days from registration announcement.
Step 2: Initial Screening (Day 2–3)
- We review the resume, registration form, and portfolio.
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted via WhatsApp or Email for clarification on their skills and experience.
Step 3: Portfolio & Work Submission (Day 3–5)
- Candidates will be asked to share:
- Previous work samples, patterns, motifs, textile designs.
- Resume (if not already submitted).
- This step helps us verify expertise in textile/saree designing.
Step 4: Practical Design Task / Project (Day 4–7)
- We provide designs, patterns, motifs, or layers for the candidate to work on.
- Alternatively, candidates may be asked to create project-based designs like sarees designs, fabric patterns, or digital textile layouts.
- Selected project designs will be paid within 21 days, only if their project will be accepted by partner industries/companies for their effort.
Step 5: Evaluation & Analysis (Day 7–8)
- All submitted designs, motifs, and work are analyzed thoroughly for:
- Creativity
- Accuracy
- Speed
- Understanding of textile/saree concepts
Step 6: Online Interview Round (Day 8–9)
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a final online interview via Google Meet / Zoom.
- Focus: Work style, tools familiarity (Mahashankh AI tools), design thinking, and professional behavior.
Step 7: Job Offer & Work Model (Day 9–10)
- Based on performance and interview, candidates will be offered:
- Full-time / Part-time / Work-from-home / Remote / Project-based positions.
- Work terms, salary, and project rates will be finalized.
Step 8: Document Verification & Onboarding
- Candidates submit necessary documents (ID proof, bank details, NDA if applicable).
- They are provided access to Mahashankh Design tools and brand guidelines.
Step 9: Congratulations & Welcome!
- Successful candidates are officially hired as team members of Mahashankh Design.
- Begin work on assigned projects with proper guidance and support.
- All team members of Mahashankh Design will be invited for a quarterly meeting at our upcoming branch in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
